FIRST Attends 2026 China-Mexico Forum on Cooperation and Development to Discuss Green Transition and High-Quality Cooperation

On March 10, the 2026 China-Mexico Forum on Cooperation and Development was held via video link simultaneously in Beijing and Mexico City, under the theme Green Transition and Development: A New Path for High-Quality China-Mexico Cooperation.
Yan Cui, Vice President of Beijing Frontier Institute of Regulation and Supervision Technology (FIRST), and Secretary General of Zhejiang Private Economy International Cooperation Chamber of Commerce, was invited to attend the forum and delivered remarks during the panel discussion.

The forum was co-hosted by the CICG Center for the Americas (Beijing Review) and the Mexico-China Chamber of Commerce and Technology, and co-organized by China International Book Trading Corporation and the Chinese Enterprises Association in Mexico.
Yu Yunquan, Vice President of CICG; Jesús Seade, Mexican Ambassador to China; Chen Daojiang, Chinese Ambassador to Mexico; Wang Xinming, Counselor of the Department of Latin American and Caribbean Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, attended and addressed the forum.
Rey Vázquez, Chair of the Mexico-China Friendship Group of the Chamber of Deputies of Mexico, delivered a video speech. He Peng, Deputy Director of the CICG Center for the Americas (Beijing Review), and Vicente Roqueñí López, Executive President of the Mexico-China Chamber of Commerce and Technology, delivered keynote speeches. Yu Shujun, Deputy Director of the CICG Center for the Americas (Beijing Review), presided over the forum.
