Dr. BEN Shenglin, Founding Dean of Academy of Internet Finance (AIF), International Business School (ZIBS), Zhejiang University and President of Beijing Frontier Institute of Regulation and Supervision Technology (FIRST). Prior to joining Zhejiang University in May 2014 as a Professor, he spent 20-years in China and abroad with ABN AMRO, HSBC, and lastly JP Morgan Chase, where he served as China CEO, JP Morgan Chase Bank. He is the founder and Director of the International Monetary Institute, Renmin University of China. He is also founder and chairman of Zhejiang Association of FinTech (ZAFT), the industry association of global fintech hub - Zhejiang Province. He is the Executive Vice President of the Zhejiang Western Returned Scholars Association(ZWRSA).He serves as a Counselor to Zhejiang Provincial Government, a Standing Committee member of CPPCC Zhejiang and Vice Chairman of its Economic Commission.

He began his career at the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of China and has over 30 years of experience in prominent international financial institutions across the United States, Japan, Europe, and Asia. He has held executive positions at renowned organizations such as JPMorgan Chase & Co., DWS, Daiwa Securities, and Pacific Investment. Notably, from 2013 to 2015, he was elected three times in a row as the Chairman of the Asian Financial Cooperation Association in the United States. Additionally, he served as the former Chief Investment Officer of a large Chinese Fortune Global 500 company with mixed-ownership.
Yan Cui is an associate professor at ZIBS. He has extensive experience in international finance and served as the former President of the Harbin and Tianjin branches of JPMorgan Chase & Co. Additionally, he worked at the Beijing branches of Societe Generale, HSBC, and the First National Bank of Chicago, as well as the Tianjin branch of Credit Lyonnais. Moreover, he used to serve as a finance lecturer at Nankai University.
